Thanks for visiting the Systema UK Forum!
Our aim is to provide a gathering point for UK based people with a genuine interest in Systema to post training tips and experiences, ask questions, find training partners, exchange information and generally just hang out and chat.
Anyone is welcome, as long as posts are kept on topic and stick to the basic rules of "netiquette". Posts such as "my style is better than your style", personal attacks, anonymous name-calling and the like will not be tolerated.
To get posting rights, simply register your name and e-mail address and follow the instructions you'll receive by e-mail. Please use your real name for your User Name - as from Feb 2005 anyone not known to us using a "screen name" will automatically not be approved. Also please fill in the details on your profile.
If you would like to post details of an event that is not organised by Systema UK you must get permission first - posts that do not will be automatically deleted

As we have had a number of new registrations under "screen" names, just to re-iterate: Please use your real name for your User Name - as from Feb 2005 anyone not known to us using a "screen name" will automatically not be approved. Also please fill in the details on your profile. Thank you |
