A lot of people have signed up to the forum recently and have had their application  rejected.

This is because they have not conformed to the board rule about posting under real name rather than a screen name. As it states in the Forum introduction:

Please use your real name for your User Name - as from Feb 2005 anyone not known to us using a  "screen name" will automatically not be approved. Also please fill in the details on your profile.

If you would like to rejoin with your real name as your user name your application will be accepted.
